1. Parties and acceptance

Hadi (the web app at heyhadi.com and the Hadi Chrome extension) is provided by Gezerken Kazan LLC ("we"). By signing in or continuing to use Hadi you accept these terms. How your personal data is processed is explained in the Privacy Notice; that notice informs you, it is not something you consent to.

2. The service

Hadi is a tool that helps you plan a trip in one place: it gathers and compares the options you save and makes suggestions with AI. We are not a travel agency; we don't take bookings, sell anything or take payments. A booking you make on a site is between you and that site and is governed by its terms.

3. Age and account

You must be 18 or over to use Hadi. Your account is personal; don't share your sign-in link or code with anyone. If you notice an unauthorised sign-in, write to us at once.

4. Beta Participation Terms

Closed and free: Hadi is currently an invitation-only, free beta. We may change, pause or end the beta at any time; where possible we will tell you in advance.
As is: the beta may contain errors; features may change or be removed.
Data loss and backups: your trips, records and documents stay only in the browser you use. Clearing browser data, the browser deleting data of sites not opened for a while (e.g. Safari), ticking "also delete on this device" when signing out, or changing devices can destroy them. We can't access this data and can't bring it back. Making regular backups with Settings > Data > Export is your responsibility; you can restore one with Restore from a backup (files' contents are not in a backup).
AI limits: AI use is limited by a daily budget per person and a total monthly budget. When a limit is reached the AI may stop for a while without notice.
Feedback: we may use the suggestions and feedback you send us to improve the product, without any obligation to you.
Logs: during the beta an error log and an AI call log are kept (no content; details in the Privacy Notice).
Leaving the beta: you can stop using Hadi at any time and ask for your account to be deleted.

5. AI and accuracy

Hadi's suggestions and answers come from an AI model and can be wrong. Visa and entry rules, prices, availability, times, routes, transfers and weather are for information only; they are not advice. Before making an important decision or setting off, check with the official source (consulate, airline, hotel, venue) and the site itself. Prices are third parties' prices and may change after they are shown.

6. Third-party sites and affiliate links

The sites you open from Hadi are not ours; they are responsible for their content, prices and services. Some booking links are affiliate links: they pass through Travelpayouts, the price doesn't change, and if you book Hadi may earn a commission. Details are in the "Affiliate links" section of the Privacy Notice.

7. Unacceptable use

You may not use Hadi to:

upload or share content that is unlawful, infringes others' rights, or contains hate, harassment or violence,
upload or share someone else's personal data (a booking document, ID, passport) without their permission,
query the service with automated tools, try to get around usage limits, test or breach its security, reverse-engineer it, or spread malware,
use the AI in breach of the usage policy of its provider, Anthropic.

If you break these terms we may suspend or close your account.

When you share a trip, anyone who knows its secret code or link can access it; you are responsible for whom you share the code with. You can end a share with "End sharing and delete from the server" in the Share window; the trip's server copy is deleted for everyone, and the trip stays on your device. You can report content you believe is unlawful to kvkk@heyhadi.com, saying which content and why. We review reports, remove the content or restrict access where needed, and let you know.

9. Intellectual property

Hadi's software, design and name belong to us. Your content (notes, records, documents) stays yours. You give us a limited, free permission to use it only as needed to provide the service (e.g. sending it to the AI, storing a trip you share).

10. Changes to and end of the service

We may change the service, remove parts of it or end it. If the service is ending, we will tell you as far in advance as we can and give you time to export your data. You can ask for your account to be deleted at any time.

11. Limitation of liability

Hadi is provided free of charge during the beta. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses arising from using or being unable to use Hadi (e.g. a missed booking, lost profit, lost data); our liability for direct losses is limited to a foreseeable and reasonable amount. Liability for intent and gross negligence, and the mandatory provisions of consumer law, are not affected; this clause does not exclude them (Turkish Code of Obligations Art. 115).

12. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Türkiye. For consumer disputes, the Consumer Arbitration Committees and Consumer Courts have jurisdiction according to the monetary limits. If you are a consumer living in the EU or another country, the mandatory provisions of the law of the country where you live that protect you, and your right to go to the courts there, are not affected.

13. Changes

We may change these terms. We will announce significant changes in the app or by e-mail before they take effect. Continuing to use Hadi after a change means you accept the new terms; if you don't, you can stop using it and ask for your account to be deleted.
